Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Return Policy (14-Day Return Window)

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The outer packaging must be fully intact and the product must be in resalable condition.

  • Opened, used, or tampered beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.


2. Mandatory Return Authorization

To initiate a return, you must complete the official return form at:

  • Filing this form is mandatory for all returns.

  • Simply returning the item without submitting the form does not qualify as a valid return request.

  • If the return form is not completed, the cancellation is considered not exercised under our policy.

  • Providing your order number in the form is required.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days, calculated from the date we receive the returned product, not the date of shipment.


5. “No Result – Money-Back Guarantee” (Valid 14 Days From Purchase)

We offer a 100% satisfaction promise: Results – or your money back. If you experience no visible result within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

To qualify:

  • You must attempt the application at least three times according to our instructions.

  • You must provide detailed photo and video evidence of each attempt.

  • You must include relevant application details (e.g. lash type, tools used, environment, timing).

Your materials are used to help us identify any potential errors in technique and provide tailored feedback.

Process:

  1. Our team will review your materials.

  2. You will receive up to three corrective recommendations.

  3. If no improvement is seen after following all suggestions, we will issue a full refund.

Exclusions:

You are not eligible for the “No Result” guarantee if:

  • You fail to submit sufficient documentation,

  • You refuse to allow our team to assess and support,

  • You do not apply our troubleshooting instructions.

This guarantee is valid once per customer and only applies to purchases made through our official store.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not yet begun.

After this time, cancellations are no longer guaranteed due to our rapid processing system.


7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery via:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Training courses or digital content (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items marked as “final sale”

8. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL TRAINING ACCESS

By purchasing a product bundle that includes access to our online training, you agree that:

– The digital training content is made available immediately after purchase.
– Therefore, the right to cancel or request a refund for the training content is waived once access is granted.
– This applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content.

Refunds for the physical product (the kit) remain subject to our standard Return Policy, provided the return conditions are met. However, refunds for the training portion are explicitly excluded, even if the product is returned.

We reserve the right to revoke training access in case of chargebacks, fraud, or abuse of our refund policy.
